About the Role:
We are seeking a visionary leader to drive the next phase of our television broadcast evolution. This high-impact leadership role is responsible for strategy, delivery, and technical excellence behind every production.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute a comprehensive broadcast operations strategy, driving innovation, scalability, and technical excellence.
* Lead and optimize all broadcast functions – from studio operations and live outside broadcasts to post-production, transmission, and streaming.
* Shape the technical roadmap, identifying opportunities for transformation and introducing technologies that elevate performance and quality.
* Manage capital investment and operational budgets, ensuring efficiency while supporting strategic growth.
* Deliver complex broadcast projects – from major event coverage and technology upgrades to new studio builds – on time and within budget.
You will have the autonomy to shape technology direction, lead major infrastructure projects, and bring new ideas to life across studio, live, and digital platforms.
