The Role
We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team and lead delivery of a wide range of construction projects, from $500k fitouts to $50+ million new builds.
You'll play a key role in:
Successfully managing projects from pre-construction to handover and defect liability
Leading and mentoring project teams
Ensuring compliance with building specs, standards and EHSQ requirements
Effective relationships and communication with clients, subbies and stakeholders
Handling tender interviews, contract management, and subcontractor negotiations
Managing the construction programme and project delivery systems
Financial reporting and identifying profit improvements
What You'll Bring
Prior experience as a Project Manager in fitout, new build (or both)
A collaborative, positive approach and team-first mindset
A strong commitment to safety and risk management
We'll also support you in developing skills, which include Procore, MS Project and programming, contract management, and team leadership.
