Position Overview

SAPOL's People, Culture and Wellbeing service provides a holistic approach to the future development of our people and the organisation. The Talent Attraction Unit, situated within the Organisational Development Branch, is responsible for building effective, diverse and sustainable talent pipelines that support SAPOL's strategic workforce priorities. The unit applies a holistic and inclusive approach to talent attraction, generating awareness, building consideration and fostering intent through three integrated portfolios: Events and Partnerships, Recruitment Marketing and School Pathways and Engagement. Activity driven by the unit is strategically aligned with organisational goals and delivered using innovative, contemporary methods that resonate with key demographic segments. The unit is committed to future‑focused initiatives that reflect best practice in attracting top talent and engagement methods.

The Recruitment Marketing Coordinator supports the execution of recruitment marketing initiatives that promote SAPOL's employer brand and career opportunities. Reporting to the Recruitment Marketing Lead, the Coordinator assists in developing inclusive content and collateral across digital and traditional channels, manages updates to platforms such as the Achievemore website and LinkedIn Life page, and creates audience‑specific messaging. The role is responsible for coordinating SAPOL recruitment marketing campaigns in collaboration with external agencies, ensuring timely execution and alignment with campaign objectives. It also works alongside internal teams to maintain consistency across branding and communications to support outreach, school programmes and strategic engagement activities.


Special Conditions

* The incumbent must hold a current Australian work eligibility status and will be subject to a criminal history check.
* The incumbent may be assigned to other duties at this remuneration level or equivalent.
* Some out of hours work and intra/interstate travel may be required.
* The incumbent is required to participate in SAPOL's iEngage programme.

Salary ASO6 - $98,478 - $104,165 per annum.
