About the RoleAs a Business Enablement Specialist, you'll play a key role in supporting client and candidate engagement across Chandler Macleod Group. This high-volume, fast-paced role is critical to ensuring smooth operations, timely payments, accurate billing, and exceptional stakeholder support.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage client and candidate database processes, including contract generation and amendments
* Ensure accurate rate setup, billing details, and payroll readiness
* Respond to queries and deliver customer-driven reports within agreed SLAs
* Maintain data integrity across integrated systems and ensure compliance with naming conventions
* Support business improvement initiatives and maintain documentation via SharePoint
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver efficient solutions and support
What We're Looking For
* Strong administrative background with intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Excel is a key program used)
* Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt to different audiences
* High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
* Customer-focused mindset with a proactive and self-motivated approach
* Experience in process-driven environments and a passion for continuous improvement
