Job Description
The E-Rostering Support Officer plays a pivotal role in the delivery of high-quality nursing & midwifery and patient support services for CHS. The officer is part of the Division of Nursing & Midwifery and Patient Support Services, which is responsible for developing a collaborative and strategic approach to these services.
Canberra Health Services is currently implementing e-health initiatives to facilitate safe, high-quality, secure e-Health systems that ensure the right information is available at the right time. This includes system administration, technical, and rostering management-related support and training services.
The E-Rostering Unit provides close collaboration with Shared Services ICT and the vendor to manage system upgrades, fix solutions, conduct system testing, and provide help desk support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide system administration and technical support for the centralised rostering system
* Manage system upgrades and fixes
* Conduct system testing and training
* Provide help desk support
