About the Role We are seeking a proactive and experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team and support the delivery of key people and culture initiatives. This role plays a vital part in partnering with operational leaders to drive strategic outcomes and foster a high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities
Advise on employee matters including case management and investigations
Support enterprise agreement negotiations and change initiatives
Partner with leaders to align people strategies with business goals
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and union representatives
Support recruitment, onboarding, and annual people and culture activities
Promote a culture of safety, integrity, and service excellence
What you will need to succeed
A minimum of 5 years previous experience in a Generalist HR role.
Bachelor's degree tertiary qualification in Business, HR or Organisational Psychology.
Proven experience working within a People & Culture (P&C;) team, with exposure to Employee Relations (ER) and a strong track record in corporate project work.
Experience in managing complex HR cases, investigations, and providing consultative support to business leaders.
