Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Store Manager role located in Brisbane City, QLD. The Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, manage and inspire team members to achieve sales goals, and ensure excellent customer experiences. Responsibilities include inventory management, staff training and scheduling, monitoring sales performance, and maintaining store presentation standards. The Store Manager will also handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and support the implementation of sales and marketing strategies. Leadership and the ability to motivate staff toward success will be key to this role.
Qualifications
* Retail management experience with strong leadership, team building, and problem-solving skills
* Experience in inventory control, merchandising, and maintaining store aesthetics
* Proficient in handling customer relations, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction
* Skills in setting and achieving sales goals, and familiarity with sales performance metrics
* Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Proficiency in retail or business software is a plus
* Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
* A diploma or relevant degree in Business, Management, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
