What You Will Bring
* 2 to 8 years PQE in a respected Banking and Finance team, either domestic or overseas
* Qualified lawyer in Australia, New Zealand, the UK or Ireland
* Experience in one or more of leveraged finance, corporate lending, project finance, property finance, asset finance or structured finance
* Strong drafting skills and confidence managing complex transactions
* A commercially minded, collaborative approach with strong communication skills
