Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Structures Manager to join our team. As a senior leader, you will be responsible for overseeing all structural works on site, with a focus on Fibre Reinforced Polymer (FRP) components. Your primary objective will be to ensure safe, high-quality, and timely delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and supervise teams on structural activities, including FRP, steel, and concrete structures;
* Ensure all works comply with design drawings, specifications, and industry standards, particularly FRP applications;
* Implement and enforce Workplace Health and Safety (WHS), quality, and environmental procedures on sites;
* Coordinate with project engineers, supervisor subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain schedule and quality;
* Monitor progress, identify risks, and resolve technical or site-related issues proactively;
* Mentor and develop junior supervisors and site personnel to achieve operational excellence.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have:
* Minimum 8-10 years' experience supervising structural works on large-scale construction projects;
* Direct FRP experience;
* Strong knowledge of FRP works and concrete;
* Proven track record of delivering high-quality, safe, and compliant projects on time;
* Experience in team leadership, mentoring, and site coordination;
* Strong understanding of WHS legislation, quality standards, and environmental compliance.
