Change Management Role
This is a high-level position within the Financial Experiences team, responsible for developing and implementing change management strategies to support adoption of changes across various initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have experience in change management and GTM, preferably within the financial services or broker industry. They should possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and engage stakeholders at all levels.
* Develop and implement change management strategies to minimize disruption and maximize stakeholder engagement and support.
* Complete detailed Change Impact Analysis to understand the change impacts for all affected stakeholders for each initiative.
* Co-ordinate the development and execution of the GTM plan, partnering with relevant teams including communications, learning and development, broker support, distribution, operations and product.
* Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives and make recommendations for improvements and adjustments as necessary.
Key Requirements
* Proven experience in change management and GTM.
* Strong understanding of change management methodologies and proficiency with various change management templates.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
