Personal Care Assistant
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate personal care professional to join our care team.
This is a temporary full-time position available for a 6-month contract.

The Position:
As a Personal Care Assistant, you will provide competent personal care, support, and assistance to all residents under the direction and guidance of the senior clinical team.
* Provide personal care to assist residents in maintaining independence and dignity with respect to activities of daily living and lifestyle.
* Attend to meal delivery and refreshments as required.
* Record observations on relevant assessment charts and document any observed exceptions to the care plan in the progress notes.
* Check residents' daily menu requirements.
* Attend to duties allocated and delegated by the RN/EN, including general ward duties.
Requirements:
* Current National Police Certificate (or ability to acquire).
* NDIS check (or ability to acquire).
* Relevant Certificate III Qualification.
* Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
To be considered for employment, each candidate must satisfy the legislative requirements of Aged Care Worker Screening to ensure suitability to work in the aged care industry.
