Boarding Activities Coordinator
Haileybury Rendall School is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Boarding Activities Coordinator to join our team.
The successful candidate will work alongside the Director and Deputy Director of Boarding to plan and coordinate recreational activities and events for our boarding students, fostering a positive and inclusive environment that supports their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
This role requires a high level of cultural awareness, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively engage with students and staff from diverse backgrounds.
We are looking for a proactive and organized individual who can develop and implement engaging programs, manage logistics, and ensure seamless execution of events. A strong understanding of child safety principles and practices is essential, as is proficiency in Microsoft Office packages and the ability to quickly learn other school-based computer systems.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement engaging programs and activities for boarding students, ensuring a positive and inclusive environment that supports their well-being.
Work closely with the Director and Deputy Director of Boarding to plan and coordinate recreational activities and events.
Foster relationships with students, staff, and external partners to promote cross-cultural exchange and understanding.
Ensure compliance with child safety principles and practices, and maintain accurate records and reports as required.
Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and equipment setup.
Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to queries and concerns from students, parents, and staff.
Collaborate with colleagues to identify opportunities for professional development and training.

* Able to quickly learn other school-based computer systems.
