Requirements
* 4+ years' experience within business services/public practice accounting
* CA/CPA qualified or nearing completion
* Strong communication and client management skills
* Experience managing client relationships end-to-end
* Strong knowledge of Australian tax and compliance requirementsAbility to work collaboratively within a team environment
Responsibilities
* Manage a portfolio of SME clients
* Prepare and review financial statements and tax returns
* Handle BAS, IAS and compliance obligations
* Work directly with clients to provide advisory and business support
* Assist with onboarding and implementation for new clients
* Review work prepared by offshore accounting staff
* Support and mentor junior team members over time
