TWENTY TWENTY is an independent marketplace and retail-media agency that helps established consumer brands launch, scale and thrive on Amazon and other e-commerce platforms. To support our continued growth in Australia we are creating a new, full-time Advertising Specialist position, we're open to sponsoring under the under the Skilled Visa program.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Campaign Strategy & Planning** - Develop 360° advertising plans (search, display, video, on-platform and off-platform) aligned to client growth targets.
- **Client Advisory** - Present data-backed recommendations on audience segmentation, creative concepts, flighting and spend levels.
- **Creative & Production Coordination** - Brief and oversee designers, copywriters and external studios to produce compliant and engaging creative assets.
- **Media Buying & Optimisation** - Execute buys across Amazon Ads (Sponsored Products/Brands, DSP), Meta, Google and CTV; continually optimise bids, placements and audiences.
- **Budget & Timeline Control** - Manage campaign budgets ($10K - $500K) and critical paths to deliver on time and within cost parameters.
- **Performance Analysis & Reporting** - Use Amazon Marketing Cloud, GA4 and Power BI dashboards to deliver actionable insights and quarterly business reviews.
- **Team Collaboration & Training** - Mentor two Media Coordinators, share best practices, and contribute to agency thought-leadership and process improvement.
**Essential Selection Criteria**
- **Degree-qualified** in Advertising, Marketing, Communications or closely related field.
- Minimum **3 years' professional experience** planning and running integrated advertising campaigns, including Amazon or other marketplace media.
- Demonstrated success lifting ROAS, CTR and brand awareness through data-driven optimisation.
- Strong stakeholder-management skills: able to translate insights for both executives and creative teams.
- Advanced proficiency with at least two of the following: Amazon Ads console/DSP, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, DV360, Power BI.
- Excellent written and verbal English; able to prepare campaign documents, media schedules and post-campaign analyses to Australian professional standard.
**Desirable**
- Experience in consumer-packaged goods, electronics or home-lifestyle categories.
- Certification in Amazon Ads, Google Ads, Meta Blueprint or similar.
- Familiarity with Australian privacy and advertising standards (AANA, CAP).
