We are seeking people with experience in a hospitality role, who are available to work across our busy Christmas period; particularly in the afternoons/evenings, weekends and during school holidays.
Please note: this position will be on a maximum-term contract, commencing from November 2025 and ending on January 31st, 2026.
About the Role
In the role of Cafe Team Member at Max Brenner, a day in your life will include:
- Execute the daily operations of the store
- Provide excellent guest service while creating a memorable experience
- Prepare and serve our delicious drinks including coffees, hot chocolates and decadent milkshakes
- Prepare and serve dessert menu items including but not limited to our famous Tutti Frutti Waffles, Chocolate Fondue and decadent Pizzas
- Complete in-house training to keep you up to date
- Maintain a clean and well-presented store
About You:
To be successful in the role of Cafe Team Member at Max Brenner, you will have:
- Previous hospitality/customer service experience is essential
- Flexible availability to work across the Christmas period, particularly afternoons/evenings, weekends and during school holidays (up until January 31st, 2026)
- Energetic, positive and guest focused with can do attitude
- Love the energy the hospitality industry brings
- Enjoy creating memorable experiences for our guests
- Driven to provide exceptional guest service
- Ability to work well collaboratively as part of a team

Please note that the hourly rate of pay for this role will be dictated by the Restaurant Industry Award.
