Are you a certified sales guru?An exciting opportunity now exists for a customer-focused individual to join the dormakaba team as a Service Sales Consultant.Reporting to the Newcastle Branch Manager, the Service Team provides preventative maintenance services for automated access equipment, as well as refurbishment and spare part sales. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and nurturing key relationships with stakeholders, including building owners, facilities management professionals, and internal customers.Our Opportunity:By identifying contract opportunities, you will represent dormakaba to the market for the supply of our products and solutions. You should be confident and driven to close leads and sales opportunities.Key Responsibilities Include:Management of new Service Level Agreement opportunitiesLiaising with Internal Sales and ensuring spare parts quotes are submitted and followed upManaging and fostering relationships with key state-based accountsProviding exceptional customer service via reporting and regular meetingsBuilding and maintaining relationships with customers and suppliersExperience in the Access Solution industry is preferred but not essential. We value transferrable skills such as attention to detail, sales drive, ability to manage interruptions, and good interpersonal skills.
