Residential Placement Specialist Opportunity

In this role, you will be part of the Residential Home Placement Services Team, providing remote contact and support for prospective customers researching and applying for residential aged care. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Providing high level customer service via phone, email, and online communication
* Communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders
* Determining customer needs and assisting in understanding suitable care options
* Explaining the aged care process, including fees payable
* Ensuring compliance with legislative requirements and issuing legal contracts to clients
* Utilizing mainstream software, including Microsoft Office Suite and database applications
We look for individuals with well-developed communication skills, who can provide proactive responses to customer needs. Proven experience in coordinating customer journeys, demonstrating empathy and seeking best outcomes is highly valued. Additionally, problem-solving skills to identify optimal care options for individual customers are essential.
