Leading and managing a payroll team to ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries and wages is paramount.
The successful candidate will oversee the payroll team, ensuring all employees receive their pay on time while delivering exceptional customer service to management and staff.
Key responsibilities include managing payroll-related functions, meeting reporting and external compliance requirements, and ensuring accuracy and consistency of pay through internal controls and other measures.
