The Role
We're looking for a social media coordinator to work with us on a contract basis (2-3 days per week) to help Clove become
the most loved cooking brand on social
. Help bring Clove's mission to life through short-form video — inspiring home cooks, showcasing our brand story and app features, and building a loyal community around food and creativity.
In this role, you'll:
* Create and post engaging, native-first content for TikTok and Instagram Reels that brings Clove's brand and product to life
* Work closely with the Head of Growth and founders to test creative ideas, formats, and series that drive reach and engagement
* Own scheduling of our content calendars across TikTok and Instagram
* Jump on trends early and make them your own — always with a Clove spin
* Write short, witty captions and scripts that capture Clove's friendly and inspiring tone
* Collaborate with creators, home cooks, and food partners on fun, shareable videos
* Analyse what's working and constantly evolve our approach
About You
You're the kind of person who:
* Lives and breathes TikTok and short-form content — you know what's trending, what feels authentic, and what converts
* Has experience growing a personal or brand social account
* Knows how to film, edit, and publish content independently (CapCut or similar)
* Has a great eye for visuals, pacing, and storytelling
* Thrives in fast-moving environments and loves testing new creative ideas
* Is naturally curious about food, cooking, and internet culture

* You've worked with food brands or creators before
* You love cooking, discovering new recipes, or geeking out about ingredients
