Job Purpose
The Executive Assistant and Office Manager will provide administration and secretarial support to the Senior Leadership Team (SLT). This role requires maintaining confidentiality and executing duties efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and make them feel welcome.
- Communicate positively and professionally in all interactions.
- Screen calls, take messages, and manage correspondence on behalf of management.
- Create and edit documents, emails, and presentations.
- Establish and train the Administrative Assistant on office protocols.
- Coordinate workload and responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant, including interoffice functions.
- Recommend training and professional development for the Administrative Assistant.
- Provide backup support to the Administrative Assistant when needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as an Executive Secretary, Senior Team Assistant, or Personal Assistant.
- High emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to interact professionally at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
