Sales Account Manager Job Description

At our organization, we're seeking a results-driven Sales Account Manager with a solid understanding of the market. This role is key to driving business growth while ensuring that our brand messaging, market positioning, and overall presence remain compelling, consistent, and competitive.

The ideal candidate will bring proven sales expertise and hands-on experience in managing both existing and emerging consumer brands. We're looking for someone who can drive sales growth through effective marketing programs, brand management, product knowledge, and sales strategies.

Responsibilities include:

* Driving sales growth
* Maintaining customer relationships
* Developing new clients and channels
* Compiling monthly sales reports
* Expediting orders
* Directing customer feedback
* Assisting new product development

To be successful in this role, you'll have:

* A minimum of 3 years' experience in a relevant industry
* Minimum of 5+ years of sales/account management experience
* Strong knowledge of Markets in China and SEA
* Comprehensive knowledge of Markets in China and SEA
* Strong understanding and experiences of brand management, preferably in FMCG

Qualifications in a business-related discipline or demonstrated sales experience are required. Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills, experience working with e-commerce platforms, and bilingual proficiency (English and Mandarin) are advantages.
