What you’ll be doing:
- Converting warm leads from our high-performing sales team into recent management
- Sourcing, attracting, and closing new landlords and investors
- Conducting property appraisals, presentations, and follow-ups
- Building strong referral relationships with local professionals

- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager in real estate
