Moore Wealth Advisers is the Wealth Management division of Moore Australia, providing a broad range of expert advice to help clients protect and grow their wealth. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Client Services Officer to join our growing Adelaide office.
Role and Responsibilities
In this pivotal support role, you'll work closely with our Financial Planners to deliver outstanding service and administrative support to our valued clients. This hands-on role requires you to proactively seek further knowledge of the industry whilst building strong client relationships. Your responsibilities might include:
Maintaining accurate client records and managing our database
Handling client calls and emails professionally and promptly
Preparing documents and applications for meetings and submissions
Scheduling appointments and managing the team's agenda
Assisting with document preparation including scanning, binding, and data entry (Fact Find)
Supporting the team with ad hoc administrative duties
About You
Previous experience supporting financial advisory or financial planning within a professional services or financial advisory firm (Preferable)
Up to 2 years' professional or customer service experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
An interest in financial planning is a bonus
Positive, collaborative, and ready to grow in a fast-paced professional setting
A motivated self-starter with a strong eye for detail
Able to manage multiple tasks under pressure
