Room Attendant | The Ville Precinct

We're looking for friendly, professional individuals to join our Housekeeping team as Room Attendants. In this role, you'll play a vital part in delivering exceptional guest experiences by ensuring rooms are clean, inviting, and maintained to the highest standards.

About the role
As a Room Attendant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in our hotel rooms, ensuring that our guests enjoy a pleasant stay. You will clean and tidy guest rooms and bathrooms to the highest standards including changing linens, making beds, and ensure all amenities are stocked and replenished and report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or lost and found items to the relevant departments.
About You
* Previous experience as a Room Attendant or in a similar role is preferred but not required. We are willing to train motivated individuals with a strong work ethic
* Excellent attention to detail and a thorough approach
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Flexibility to work on weekends, holidays, and evenings as required
