About the Role
We're on the hunt for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our high-performing Business Development team. This is your launchpad into the world of SaaS and professional services sales.
You'll be the first spark in the sales journey — engaging prospects, uncovering needs, and booking meetings that matter. Along the way, you'll become a trusted voice on compliance challenges and a go-to expert on our powerful RegTech solutions.
You'll join a supportive team that celebrates wins and supports you every step of the way—plus you'll earn commission while building a pathway to bigger sales roles.

Reporting to the BDM Team Lead, this is a permanent full-time role to be based in Sydney with the possibility of combined home/office-based arrangements to have flexible work-life balance.
Responsibilities
* Connect with potential clients via calls, emails, and LinkedIn
* Qualify leads and tee up meetings for our Business Development Managers
* Keep our CRM sharp and insights flowing
* Collaborate with sales and marketing to fuel the pipeline
Requirements
* Experience in sales, customer service, or outbound calling? Awesome — but not essential
