We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Reservation Agent to join our Reservation team. The Reservation Agent will be responsible for assisting customers with reservations, answering inquiries, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a smooth booking process. If you are passionate about hospitality and enjoy helping people, this role is perfect for you.
- Assist customers in selecting appropriate options based on their needs and preferences.
- Input and update reservation details accurately in the system.
- Provide information about available services, promotions, and special offers.
- Modify or cancel reservations as needed, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., sales, front desk) to meet customer needs.
- Handle complaints and resolve issues in a professional, courteous manner.
- Maintain an organized and up-to-date record of customer interactions and bookings.
Follow company policies and procedures regarding reservations and payments
**Qualifications**
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in reservation software and systems (training provided).
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts if needed.
- Positive attitude, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-first mind set.
