Job Description
The Assistant Director will be responsible for supporting the Centre Director in managing the day-to-day operations of the centre, including staff development, quality improvement, and program implementation. You will work collaboratively with the Centre Director and other team members to ensure high-quality care and learning outcomes for every child.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the Centre Director in managing centre operations and implementing programs
* Lead and develop a team of educators to deliver high-quality care and learning experiences
* Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures
* Collaborate with the Centre Director and other stakeholders to achieve centre goals and objectives
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* A Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or a Diploma in Early Childhood (or equivalent)
* Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
* Current SA Working with Children Check
* Willingness to undergo a Police Check
