Retail Butcher and/or Apprentice ++ Value Add Role

We have an opportunity available for you to work in our retail store in Hawaiian Shopping Centre- Bicton, producing progressive artisan meat products with heritage techniques and a chance to explore some new ideas around products and presentation.

Must be clean and neat with good personable skills and a great retail flair. Retail experience and a desire to be creative! Be drug free and ability to work safely and take instruction where needed.
Value Add Role would involve some cooking of our established lines along with working with our head butcher on creating both ready to cook meals and innovative new lines.
