Service Crew Lead Role
The Service Crew Lead is responsible for coordinating a team to complete maintenance and repairs, ensuring work is carried out in compliance with procedures and promoting a strong safety culture.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate a team of service crew members to complete scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and repairs
* Delegate tasks, monitor progress, and ensure work is completed to a high standard and in a timely manner
* Provide guidance and training to less experienced team members
* Identify and troubleshoot equipment issues, recommend solutions, and liaise with stakeholders
Requirements:
* At least 18 months of experience in a similar role
* Strong mechanical aptitude and practical troubleshooting skills
* Minimum 3 years of underground mining experience
* Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop a team
* Current manual C Class Driver's Licence
* Dangerous Goods Security Card
* Working at Heights certification
* Current Police Clearance
