Woods & Co Recruitment are partnering with a well-established and growing business within the adhesive and construction materials space, known for delivering high-quality products across commercial and residential markets. With continued growth across Australia, they are now looking to bring on a Marketing & Customer Service Coordinator to support brand activity and elevate the customer experience across multiple touchpoints.
This is a hybrid role sitting across marketing and customer support, ideal for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to play a hands-on role in both campaign execution and day-to-day customer engagement.

What will you do?
* Assist with the planning and rollout of marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
* Create and schedule content across social media and EDM platforms
* Coordinate marketing collateral including brochures, newsletters and promotional assets
* Maintain campaign calendars, timelines and internal coordination
* Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries across phone, email and digital channels
* Respond to enquiries, resolve issues and escalate where required
* Process orders and support day-to-day customer operations
* Work closely with internal teams to align messaging with customer feedback
What do you need?
* 1-3 years' experience in marketing, customer service or a similar hybrid role
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Confident managing multiple tasks and deadlines
* High attention to detail and organisation
* Customer-first mindset with the ability to handle enquiries professionally
* Experience with social media, email marketing tools or CMS platforms
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
