About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and highly organised professional to join the Quality & Evaluation (Q&E) team in a fixed-term role commencing in early April through to October 2026. This role will support the implementation of new standards and the extensive preparation required for an upcoming re-registration audit.
This role is critical to ensuring timely, compliant, and high-quality delivery during a period of increased regulatory and operational demand. The scope and complexity of the work requires a coordinated and driven approach to manage the preparation and implementation of new standards across the learning and development teams. You will develop a comprehensive implementation and communications plan and work closely with Learning & Development (L&D) teams to support training alignment and delivery.
A key aspect of this role is the ability to provide structured engagement, guidance, and support to stakeholders throughout the implementation process, as well as to support audit readiness activities, including documentation, evidence preparation and progress tracking.
The successful candidate will have experience managing dependencies and risks to ensure delivery within agreed timeframes, while maintaining a strong focus on quality, compliance, and consistency of outcomes.
About you
The successful candidate will bring:
* Proven project management knowledge, skills and experience.
* Tertiary qualifications in either Professional Education and Training/ Adult Education/ Teaching/ Instructional Design/ Psychology with experience in the design and development of contemporary learning governance models and frameworks.
* Knowledge of contemporary learning strategy, models and frameworks; a demonstrated capacity to contribute subject matter expertise on a wide range of learning and development themes and issues.
* Knowledge and experience in the development of Learning and Development operating models and governance structures.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proven ability to: effectively liaise and consult with a wide range of people including government, industry, and community, educational and volunteer bodies.
* Demonstrated knowledge and experience in working with competency frameworks, standards and reporting.
* Demonstrated ability to analyse data, develop reports and influence change through effective decision making.
