We are currently seeking two experienced Pharmacy Assistants to join our team across two different part-time roles. These roles suit reliable, detail-oriented individuals with prior pharmacy experience who value teamwork, professionalism, and patient care.

Role 1: Part-Time Pharmacy Assistant – Community Pharmacy
Approx. 25 hours per week
This role is based in our small, friendly community pharmacy, where personalised service and building strong relationships with our customers is at the heart of everything we do.
Key responsibilities include:
* Delivering exceptional customer service and advice within scope
* Assisting the pharmacist with day-to-day dispensary support
* Stock control, ordering, and merchandising
* Maintaining a clean, organised, and welcoming pharmacy environment
* Supporting general pharmacy operations as required
About you:
* Prior pharmacy assistant experience is essential (S2/S3 certificate desirable)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Friendly, professional, and patient-focused
* Reliable, organised, and able to work independently
* Hours are well suited to someone with family or personal commitments
Role 2: Part-Time Webster Packing Assistant
Approx. 30 hours per week – set shifts (not flexible)
This role is based in our dedicated Webster packing facility, servicing contracted nursing homes and disability services. Accuracy, consistency, and adherence to procedures are critical.
Key responsibilities include:
* Preparing Webster packs accurately and efficiently within a team environment
* Following strict medication safety protocols and procedures
* Maintaining a high level of attention to detail at all times
* Meeting packing schedules and deadlines
* Supporting overall workflow within the packing team
About you:
* Pharmacy experience is required
* Webster packing experience is highly desirable
* Must be available Monday-Thursday 9am-5pm
* Exceptional attention to detail
* Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to set shifts
* Comfortable working in a structured, process-driven environment
* A strong team player with a positive attitude
