**We Are**:
As the **Delivery Lead**, you will be responsible for managing the planning and coordination efforts of an Agile SAFE implementation for the Digital Delivery Solutions team.
You will work closely with project teams, stakeholders, and senior management to ensure successful completion of portfolio planning activities for the team.
Your primary focus will be on visualizing the program roadmap, coordinating the planning effort across multiple projects, ensuring alignment with program objectives, managing the demand and capacity of available skills within the team, and ensuring effective communication and coordination across the portfolio, including regular reporting to senior management and other stakeholders.
**The Work**:
- Lead the planning and coordination efforts for the Agile SAFE portfolio.
- Develop and analyze portfolio level metrics and reports with small team of data analysts (Power BI)
- Support team-level agile ceremonies (such as PI planning, stand-up, retrospective etc.)
- Coordinate the planning of multiple projects and ensure alignment with program goals
- Monitor planning risks and issues and work with the team to develop mitigation plans
- Provide guidance and coaching to the project team on Agile SAFE methodology and best practices
- Collaborate with the Branch Operations to inform and monitor branch demand vs capacity and budget expenditure.
**Here's What You Need**:
- Strong experience in project management, with at least 3-5 years of experience in Agile SAFE methodology
- Experience in large-scale Agile SAFE implementations in a government environment is highly desirable
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with a diverse set of stakeholders, including technical and non-technical teams, senior management, and government clients.
- Proven track record of delivering complex programs on time and within budget
- In-depth knowledge of Agile SAFE methodology and experience with related tools and techniques such as TFS, and SAFe metrics
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple competing priorities.
