We’re seeking a motivated Purchasing Officer to join a reputable manufacturing organisation based in Beenleigh. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring materials, stock, and supplies are always where they need to be to keep production on schedule.

What will you be doing?
- Raising and managing purchase orders
- Building and maintaining strong supplier relationships, including negotiating pricing and delivery terms
- Monitoring stock levels and maintaining replenishment schedules
- Resolving supply chain challenges such as shortages and delays
- Maintaining accurate purchasing and stock records in the ERP system
What do you need?
- Driver’s License
- Forklift License (desirable but not essential)
- 1–2 years’ experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain (manufacturing experience preferred)
- Strong organisation, communication, and negotiation skills
- Confident with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
- Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
- Australian work rights
