About The Role
We are looking for a Finished Artist – Maps & Visual Information to join our team in a specialised hybrid role that combines technical artwork execution with the creation of clear, engaging maps and visual information derived from architectural drawings for our client, Stockland. Working closely with the wider Stockland Creative team you'll transform complex information into polished, accurate visuals across print and digital channels.
What You'll Be Doing
* Design and produce print and digital marketing assets from concept through to final delivery.
* Interpret production briefs and translate requirements into strong, on‐brand visual solutions.
* Translate complex architectural and spatial information into clear, user‐friendly visual maps and diagrams for marketing purposes.
* Apply and master brand guidelines across a range of collateral, from everyday assets to large‐scale campaigns.
* Prepare and finish artwork to a high production standard, ensuring accuracy in colour, copy, layout, and image quality.
* Ensure quality control across all print and static digital outputs prior to delivery.
* Collaborate with the creative team, studio lead, account managers, and clients to deliver effective and efficient outcomes.
* Manage multiple projects across our clients, balancing creative development with production requirements.
What You Bring
* 4+ years' experience as a Designer, Finished Artist, or similar hybrid role.
* Strong portfolio demonstrating both technical skills, high‐quality finished artwork across print and static digital and your grasp of design.
* Excellent attention to detail with a strong understanding of print production and digital output requirements.
* Advanced knowledge of Adobe Illustrator & InDesign, with strong working knowledge of Photoshop and Acrobat.
* Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines while maintaining a high standard of work.
* Strong organisational, problem‐solving, and time‐management skills.
* Confident communicator with the ability to collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders.
* Comfortable taking projects from start to finish with minimal supervision.
Bonus But Not Essential
* Experience with architectural design and rendering.
* Broader understanding of digital marketing, user experience, and responsive design principles.
