**About the program**:
In the Store Manager in Training program, SMITs will have the opportunity to enhance their leadership and technical abilities in readiness for a Store Manager position. The 6-month program will encompass participation in leadership and professional development courses, shadowing roles, engaging in on-the-job activities, and undertaking caretaking responsibilities. Additionally, you will receive guidance from both a mentor and a coach throughout the program.

Experience coaching and leading diverse teams, implementing business and individual development strategies.
Values that reflect a high level of commitment to 'safety', always thinking 'customer' and a belief in constantly motivating your team to 'reach higher' every day.
The ability to foster strong relationships with team members, peers, customers, leaders, and business stakeholders.
Flexibility to transfer between stores will be required throughout the program and upon completion of your training.
To qualify, you must meet the following criteria:
- You have completed the STRETCH program within the last 3 years.
- You have successfully completed a period of Store Manager caretaking.
- You have an active IDP.
