The Role
Millennium has an exciting opportunity for enthusiastic and reliable cleaners to join our team at one of our major shopping centres!
This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working in a fast‐paced environment, have excellent attention to detail, and take pride in creating clean, safe, and welcoming spaces for our clients and customers.
We have multiple Casual, Full‐Time, and Part‐Time positions available, with shifts offered across both weekdays and weekends.
This position is paid in accordance with award wages.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform general cleaning duties to a high standard
* Spot cleaning of furnishings
* Sweeping and mopping
* Toilet cleaning.
* Rubbish collection
* Cleaning of glass, both internal and external
* Dusting of all hard surfaces
About You:
* Demonstrated cleaning experience, in a commercial environment would be an advantage.
* Proven experience of working in a team successfully.
* The ability to follow instructions and work autonomously.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Can demonstrate strong reliability and punctuality while at work.
* Good understanding of Work Health and Safety standards.
* Ability to work flexible hours and public holidays when required.
* Experience with floor care equipment such as scrubbers, buffers, or sweepers is a plus.
