About this role
As a Sales Support Officer, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and play a vital role in supporting our agents throughout the end-to-end sales process. Your administrative skills and attention to detail will ensure that all client queries are professionally responded to, and tasks such as banking & purchasing, reporting, reconciling accounts, creating marketing collateral for new listings, and preparing contracts are completed accurately and efficiently.
This is a varied role that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as you will work closely with our agents, clients, and other stakeholders to deliver exceptional results. You will have the opportunity to learn and grow your career with the backing of our network, which provides the tools necessary to take clients through the sales process successfully.
The ideal candidate will have previous administrative experience in a fast-paced environment, possess a creative flair, both written and content design, with an interest in the Real Estate industry. Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite is also essential, along with strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to thrive in a collaborative and results-focused working environment, strong attention to detail, and passion to positively drive change for both clients and community.
