House Manager (Part-Time, Permanent) – Gold Coast

We’re a busy, friendly family based on the Gold Coast looking for a wonderful House Manager to become an integral part of our home. This role is perfect for someone who loves creating calm from chaos, takes pride in organisation, and enjoys helping a household run smoothly day-to-day.
You’ll be working in a supportive, respectful environment where kindness, trust and reliability are truly valued.
The Role
You will oversee the daily organisation and coordination of the household so family life runs effortlessly.
Household Organisation
* Keeping the home running smoothly and efficiently
* Coordinating and booking trades
* Managing household schedules and calendars
* Handling incoming mail and general household administration
Appointments & Coordination
* Booking and managing appointments (medical, dental, personal)
* Organising animal/pet appointments
* Liaising with service providers and contractors
Laundry & Home Support
* Maintaining laundry (washing, folding, putting away)
* Light cleaning and tidying (weekly cleaner attends)
* Weekly grocery shopping
* Light meal preparation (e.g. chopping vegetables, food prep)
Errands
* Collecting/dropping laundry or parcels
* Running household errands and pickups
About You
We’re looking for someone who naturally takes initiative and treats the home with care and respect.
You will be:
* Exceptionally organised and proactive
* Warm, friendly and kind-natured
* Professional and highly confidential
* Reliable and detail-oriented
* Comfortable coordinating trades and managing schedules
* Happy working independently and taking ownership of tasks
Previous experience in a similar household or personal assistant role is highly regarded.
Hours & Salary
Monday – Friday | 9:00am – 2:00pm (daily)
Gold Coast location
Approx. $75,000 per annum (pro-rata), negotiable depending on experience and fit for the role
