Are you ready to take on a pivotal role in shaping risk management at Suncorp? As the Enterprise Risk Manager - Enterprise Oversight, you'll lead the charge in driving effective second line of defence (2LOD) oversight across our entire organisation. From crafting the annual consolidated 2LOD oversight plan to refining Suncorp's Oversight Standard and Methodology, your expertise will ensure we stay ahead of risks and maintain our commitment to excellence. **What you'll do**
- Centrally coordinate and drive development of the consolidated CRO FY26 Oversight Plan in collaboration with all 2LOD teams. Report on status of the FY25 Oversight Plan.
- Design and implement any required enhancements to the Risk Oversight Standard and Methodology, as well as providing input on the design of supporting tools.
- Perform oversight of IRIIS data quality and completeness, in conjunction with Function 2LOD teams.
**What you'll bring**
- Tertiary qualifications in business, commerce, risk or finance (mandatory)
- Post-graduate qualifications or professional qualifications (Desired)
- 7+ years of relevant assurance / risk management experience
- Internal or External Audit experience
- Proven experience in dealing effectively with senior management
- Executive-level report writing
- Experience in professional services environment would be advantageous.
