My client has secured the management of an iconic 800‐lot site across three buildings. This is their flagship site and a career-defining opportunity for an experienced Strata Manager to take ownership of one premium building.

About You
* Minimum 3+ years Strata Management experience.
* Confident managing complex, layered schemes and high‐end clientele.
* Strong communicator and relationship builder.
* BMS knowledge highly regarded.
The Role
* Financial Management – budgets, levies, reporting.
* Compliance & Governance – legislation, records, AGMs, committee meetings.
* Maintenance Coordination – repairs, contractors, common property upkeep.
* Insurance Management – renewals, claims, coverage.
* Communication – primary liaison for owners, committees, and service providers.
Perks
* $115,000 + Super + Bonuses (negotiable).
* Finish at 4:30 pm daily.
* WFH flexibility post‐probation.
* Parking available at Gold Coast office; easy street parking in Brisbane.
