Job Description
* Provide strategic financial advice to support decision-making and organisational goals.
* Develop and manage budgets, ensuring alignment with departmental objectives.
* Analyse financial data and produce detailed reports for key stakeholders.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
* Monitor financial performance and provide actionable recommendations.
* Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and organisational policies.
* Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, offering insights to drive business outcomes.
* Lead and mentor junior team members within the Accounting & Finance department.
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Principal Business Partner Should Have
* Proven experience in financial analysis and business partnering.
* Qualified Accountant.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Proficiency in financial software and tools.
* A proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement.
* A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
