Job Title: Fleet Operations Manager
This is a challenging role that requires the candidate to have strong project management skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, and experience in managing maintenance activities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating project planning and execution, managing scope and schedule, liaising with clients, and ensuring compliance with relevant processes and standards.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing Planned Maintenance (PM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM) during Depot Level Maintenance (DLM) and MP (Maintenance Period)
* Ensuring the vessel meets Class standards
* Coordinating project planning and execution
* Liaising with clients and stakeholders
* Ensuring compliance with Austal Sustainment Gate process for MP
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Australian Citizenship or ability to maintain security clearance
* 3-5yrs project supervisory experience within marine or construction/maintenance industry
* Strong computer literacy across Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel etc.)
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* White Card or ability to obtain
* Experience in Primavera P6 and/or CMMS and/or Microsoft Project
