Job Summary
The Store Manager is responsible for leading the retail team, driving sales growth by fostering a culture of customer focus and excellence among staff members.
A key aspect of this role includes managing rosters, ensuring stock control standards are met, promoting exceptional customer experiences through expert product knowledge, as well as recruiting, developing, retaining and motivating a high-performing retail workforce to create positive engaging store environments.
* Rostering and staffing plans aligned with business objectives;
* Stock control systems in place to maintain high levels of inventory accuracy;
