Key Responsibilities:
* Drive the development and delivery of advanced analytics solutions to support strategic workforce planning, employee experience, inclusion and diversity, and corporate strategy.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable data insights and foster a culture of evidence-based decision making.
* Design and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools such as Power BI or similar.
* Conduct in-depth analyses on workforce trends and people metrics.
Requirements:
* Strong educational background in Data Analytics, Human Resources, Business, Statistics, or related field.
* Proven expertise in HR analytics, workforce planning, or related data-focused roles.
* High proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and data visualization tools.
* Experience working with HRIS systems and data.
