We are seeking an experienced professional to fill a key role in our organization.
This position will play a crucial part in improving employment outcomes for Indigenous community-based rangers by providing workplace mentoring through personal and professional development services. The successful candidate will also contribute to the development of mentoring initiatives and will be required to travel frequently to remote communities.
About the Role
* The Regional Workplace Mentor will work closely with employees to identify areas for improvement and develop personalized plans to enhance their skills and knowledge.
* The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Indigenous cultures and be able to build trust with employees from diverse backgrounds.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide one-on-one mentoring sessions to employees, focusing on career development and professional growth.
* Develop and implement mentoring programs to support employee success.
* Frequently travel to remote communities to provide guidance and support.
Requirements
* Ochre card (working with vulnerable people check)
* National police clearance (required for specific positions)
* Driver's license
