This is a challenging opportunity to join the IT Department as a Test Analyst, delivering innovative technology solutions and critical projects that support both the Australian business and the global network.
* Assist in test planning, create test cases and perform testing.
* Report on progress of testing.
* Assist in test environment setup and maintenance.
* Contribute to the development of a comprehensive knowledge base to support training and cross-skilling initiatives.
* Analyse and address production defects and issues.
* Provide end user support as required.
About You
Previous experience working within a franchise like Harvey Norman, Domayne, or Joyce Mayne is vital for this role. This background ensures you have a solid understanding of the Point of Sale (POS)/VO system, as well as strong process knowledge in areas such as cash and invoice sales, receipting, stocktaking, and purchase ordering.
You should also have a keen interest in IT and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment. Experience or familiarity with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Testing certifications will be preferred.
