This is a full-time opportunity for a motivated professional who thrives in both clinical and front-office settings.
About the Role You'll play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations - providing chairside support to clinicians, maintaining high standards of infection control, and delivering exceptional service at reception.Hours: 8:30am - 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities Clinical Duties Provide chairside assistance during dental proceduresPrepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materialsSterilise instruments and maintain infection control standardsTake and process x-rays (if qualified)Record and update accurate clinical notesMonitor and maintain stock and suppliesSupport patient care and comfort throughout visits Reception Duties Greet patients and manage enquiries in a professional mannerSchedule and confirm appointmentsProcess payments, Medicare, and HICAPS claimsMaintain accurate patient records and confidentialityCoordinate daily schedules with cliniciansKeep reception area tidy and welcoming About You Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting (essential)Minimum 1 year of chairside and general dental experiencePrevious experience in dental reception or administrationStrong communication and organisational skillsExperience using Dental 4 Windows (desirable)Professional, reliable, and patient-focused To Apply To apply for this position, please submit your application via the 'APPLY' button, and/or contact gforce Recruitment Consultant Emily at or call .
