You’ll be part of a close-knit kitchen team delivering delicious food to members and guests across bistro dining, private events, and club functions.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook high-quality meals in line with club standards
- Assist in menu execution, plating, and service delivery
- Maintain food safety, portion control, and kitchen cleanliness
- Contribute to stock control, prep, and waste minimisation
- Support team leadership and junior staff where needed
- Be adaptable to various service styles including events and functions
What You’ll Bring
- Commercial Cookery qualification and relevant food safety certification
- Previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- A passion for quality food and presentation
- Strong time management and teamwork skills
- Availability for a rotating roster including weekends and evenings
