Key Responsibilities:
* Achieve monthly sales targets and gross profit objectives
* Provide exceptional customer experiences, ensuring customer satisfaction
* Build and nurture relationships with new and existing customers
* Drive finance introductions and sales opportunities
* Maintain strong customer satisfaction scores through excellent service
* Collaborate with the team to create a positive, engaging workplace
What We're Looking For:
* A passion for the automotive industry and helping customers
* Previous automotive sales experience (preferred but not essential)
* Mitsubishi and Hyundai experience highly desirable
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* A solution-focused mindset with the ability to problem solve
* Excellent listening skills and the ability to read customer needs
* A team player who fosters a collaborative and innovative environment
